A specific feature that avoids too much tighte-ning pressure at the cen-ter of the roll, by automa-tically adjusting the set point, as a function of the actual roll diameter.

Une fonction qui per-met d’éviter un serrage trop important au cen-tre de la bobine par variation automatique de la consigne en fonction du diamètre.

The controller manages the empty / full web automatic rotation pro-cess, switching the regu-lation from one roll to the other, and maintai-ning a preset torque on the empty roll.

Le système gère la séquence de bascule-ment automatique de la régulation d’une bobine à l’autre, tout en conservant un cou-ple ajustable sur l’arbre de la bobine vide.

When the diameter range is very high, this feature automatically adjusts the PID coeffi-cients, according to the actual roll diameter, in order to avoid web ten-sion instability when approaching the core diameter.

Utilisée pour éviter d’éventuelles instabili-tés de tension en fin de bobine, notamment lorsque la variation de diamètre est très impor-tante, cette fonction permet de faire auto-matiquement varier les coefficients de PID en fonction du diamètre de la bobine.
