The cost effective closed loop solution.

The tension on the pro-duct is generated by the force applied to the dan-cer roll (fixed weight or variable pressure in a pneumatic cylinder). A position sensor (poten-

tiometer) measures the dancer roll position, and automatically adjusts the torque through a PID regulator to keep the dancer position stable and constant.

Principle

La plus économique des régulations en boucle fer-mée.

La tension de bande est fonction de la force appliquée par le rouleau du pantin (masse constante ou pression pouvant varier dans un vérin pneumatique).

L’utilisation d’un poten-tiomètre pour mesurer continuellement sa posi-tion permet d’ajuster le couple en permanence grâce au régulateur PID et donc de conserver au pantin une position stable et constante.
